From October 26 to 27, " the 5th China Education Finance Symposium" was held in Changping campus of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Eight teachers and students including Zhao Nan, Zhang Xun and Tang Jun attended this meeting.

Teachers of our center have done the moderator, reviewer and academic report of the sub forums such as " Research on government investment in education ", " Family education choice and government investment in education”. Among them, Professor Zhang Xun's paper with the theme of " School Quality and School District Housing Premium: Micro Evidence from Beijing Primary School and Second-hand Housing Transactions " has won the Second prize of " Excellent Thesis of the Youth of the Fifth China Education Finance Academic Symposium".

The symposium on China's education and finance are jointly sponsored by the China Institute for Educational Finance Research and the Education and Finance Professional Committee of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, aiming to provide a platform for academic exchanges of experts and scholars in the field of education and finance nationwide.
